Your Tasks:

• Backlink Strategy and Management: Develop and execute effective backlink strategies to enhance website authority and credibility.
• Keyword Research and Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and implement optimization techniques to improve search rankings.
• Technical SEO Oversight: Ensure technical SEO excellence by optimizing website performance and crawlability for search engines.
• Innovative SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive website traffic.
• Content Optimization: Regularly analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration with Marketing Team: Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Stay Updated with SEO Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in SEO with a track record of successful website ranking improvements.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Language skills: English (excellent) and German (is a plus)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective team collaboration and content creation.
• A creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying on top of SEO trends and techniques.
